This page explains what information Flight Line Golf collects when you use our service, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What we collect

When you submit a shot or buy tokens, we collect:

• Your email address — used to identify your token balance, deliver your finished video, and contact you about your order.
• The video you upload — your original golf swing footage, stored so our editors can build your tracer.
• Shot details you provide — distance, course, hole, location, and your tracer color/overlay preferences.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Process and edit your submitted video
• Send you your finished Flight Line video
• Track your token balance
• Respond if you contact us with a question

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your video or personal details for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your videos and shot details are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent through Resend. Each of these providers has its own security practices in place to protect your data in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

We keep your uploaded videos and shot details so you can be sent your finished product and so we can assist with any follow-up questions. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it, other than records we're required to keep for payment or legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have on file for your email
• Delete your videos and shot details
• Correct inaccurate information

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
